I managed on-ground operations, ensuring the security of high-value AI robotics, coordinating hundreds of extras daily, and managing vendor logistics so the creative team could focus entirely on production.

The Result: A seamless production for a landmark cinematic achievement, proving I can manage "human" chaos and technical hardware with a goal of Zero Complaints.
